Overall, our family had a wonderful time at the special hotel. We experienced the spa, which was very pleasant, we had a couple massages, which were outstanding from Mirlanda. And specifically, Roland was outstanding as luggage assistant, local recommendation, concierge, all of the above. The dining experience was outstanding, the food was very good, and the bar terrace and there waders were superb. Breakfast was outstanding.
My stay at this hotel in Assisi was nothing short of magical. The location is absolutely unbelievable, offering panoramic views that are sure to take your breath away. Whether it's the sunrise or sunset, the vistas are a visual feast.
The dining experience was a highlight. The meals were not only delicious but also presented beautifully, creating an unforgettable culinary journey. The wine room deserves a special mention for its impressive selection, enhancing the dining experience with perfect pairings.
Cleanliness and comfort are clearly top priorities here. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and cozy, making it a home away from home. The value for the price paid is excellent, making it a smart choice for those seeking quality without breaking the bank.
A standout feature of this hotel is its spa services. Carla and Roberto are exceptionally skilled in massages, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Their expertise adds an extra layer of luxury to the stay.
The convenience of parking the car and not needing it until departure speaks volumes about the hotel's prime location. The town, which feels like it's straight out of a storybook, is accessible on foot, adding to the charm and ease of the stay.
In summary, this hotel in Assisi is a gem that offers a perfect blend of stunning views, culinary delights, cleanliness, value, and exceptional spa services. It's an experience that stays with you long after you've left.
By all means, an exceptional hotel in the middle of Assisi. The location is perfect. Minutes of walk from all main areas. The Team go outside their way to make your stay a pleasant one. The breakfast is rich. The terrace view is astonishing. Visit their wine internal shop: many good bottles to have info about.
Definitely the place to be when in Assisi.
Book your Parking spot in advance if going by car.
The rooms beds though could be upgraded. They are not as comfortable as the rest of the Hotel experience. But not a real negative.
We had planned to visit the town for a long time. It supposed to be our first time to travel in Assisi. However, my friend’s schedule had forced to be adjusted due to the flight delay causing the overtime working against the law of my country three days before we departed all of a sudden. We have been messed up for the impact of the occurrence. I’ve tried to contact the team through Agoda and even showed the proof as much as we can immediately.
We hoped they understand how upset we are and sincerely wished them allowing us refund the charges for this time. We would be really appreciate for the last hope of the help. Unfortunately, they insisted on charging us without mercy. That’s very disappointing.
Usually, everyone speaks about the hotel. Always, I commend the staff.
Top in the list is the Reception. They are the face and voice of the business, the first impression. Bianca is efficiency and friendliness personified. She even offered us tour tips when she learned we had scheduled one day in Perugia. My wife being so OC with a pressed dress, Bianca lent us the iron/and board every night. And she charged our phone also each night - because we were among the travelers of that unusual day when 20 thousand luggage were not loaded (I will not mention the airline).
Roman, like the typical Mother Teresa of Albania, is very friendly and always with a smile. He brought our luggage to our room.
And I need to mention Nicola, always with a smile.
House Keeping always normally remain nameless because the come in the room when the guests are out, but they kept our room - every day - made up with fresh towels. Grateful to them.
Elena at breakfast and the other ladies also deserve mention, and the team during dinner. Especially Jovanna.
Bravo ... pace e bene.
Lovely clean hotel the breakfast was 5 star too! I would definitely stay again. We asked about the sister hotel and they said we could use their pool it’s a 20 min walk! The sister hotel was amazing too! …
Lovely old-fashioned hotel. Beautiful terrace room overlooking the valley. Simply stunning. Excellent breakfast.
I have to sum it up by….AMAZING! Probably our favourite town, experience, food, and accommodations in Italy! Staff were great; room was over-the-top (we booked a room with a terrace! So worth it!). Spent 3 nights and could have stayed longer.
